I began my career as a distribution reliability engineer at Florida Power (Progress Energy), building a strong technical foundation and passion for problem-solving. I spent over a decade at Caterpillar, Inc., gaining expertise in commercial operations, program management, marketing, and digital transformation. Living and working in Mexico, Germany and Ireland. These experiences taught me to navigate complexity and turn challenges into growth opportunities.

Now, as Vice President of National Accounts, at Schneider Electric, I partner with clients on energy efficiency and sustainability, leveraging my global perspective and industry expertise. I’m committed to mentoring diverse talent, promoting employee engagement, and advancing inclusivity as Co-Executive Sponsor of the Schneider Electric Black Professional Employee Resource Group.

Outside work, I’m a budding Peloton enthusiast and active in philanthropy. I proudly serve on the American Councils for International Education and Schneider Electric Foundation boards, as well as my local community through organizations like Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Above all, I cherish time with my family.
