Shannon Baldwin Davis

With 20+ years leading complex, multi-industry portfolios for Fortune 500 and high-growth companies, I deliver measurable enterprise value by scaling revenue, expanding margins, and accelerating annual recurring revenue growth.

I began my career as a Distribution Reliability Engineer at Florida Power (Progress Energy), building a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving complex problems. After more than a decade at Caterpillar, Inc., in roles spanning regional sales, global marketing, product launches, and international assignments in Mexico, Germany, and Ireland, I honed my ability to navigate complexity, lead transformation, and unite diverse teams toward common goals.

At Schneider Electric, I first led the Electrical OEM Customer Segment, delivering double-digit annual growth and transforming the go-to-market strategy to unlock new revenue streams and strengthen channel partnerships. In my current role as Vice President of National Strategic Accounts, I lead a national portfolio serving Fortune 500 clients across data centers, life sciences, healthcare, retail, and hospitality — integrating sales, operations, services, and SaaS into high-performing, industry aligned operating units that consistently outperform market growth, achieving double-digit YOY revenue growth, significant productivity improvement, and ARR growth.

Committed to advancing the industry and community, I serve on the Board of Trustees for the American Councils for International Education and the Schneider Electric North American Foundation Board, in addition to mentoring emerging leaders and championing diversity and inclusion. Outside of work, I’m a community leader, Peloton enthusiast, and proud mom, dedicated to making an impact in every arena I enter.
